This hotel is the perfect place for a luxurious business trip. the delightful view from the room adds to the calming ambiance and is perfect for relaxation. the exclusive amenities provided in the room are top, notch and the service is exceptional. the in, room breakfast is sumptuous and the restaurant offers mouth, watering cuisine.

The gym, albeit well, maintained, could use more equipment. Nevertheless, this minor issue doesn't diminish the overall excellence of the hotel.

One positive aspect was the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to various attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the reception were helpful and efficient during the check-in and check-out process.

My recent Easter stay at a certain hotel in Singapore was not what I expected. the biggest issue was the lack of communication regarding my room.

The hotel's location is excellent, with the old town within walking distance and shops nearby. The breakfast provided a wide choice of tasty options. The hotel itself is a historical gem, with chic decorations and a beautiful interior. The staff at the bar, reception, and during breakfast were all brilliant, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious, with superb bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The hotel offers in-room wifi and a welcome drink, adding to the overall experience.

The rooftop bar was amazing with stunning views of the city at night. Great location close to MRT station and Chinatown. The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge was helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station which makes it easy to explore the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a good quality mattress and pillows for a good night’s rest. The bathroom is also spacious and comes with good quality toiletries as well as a tub and shower. The staff is friendly and attentive, with excellent service all around.

The gym can get crowded, which might be inconvenient for some guests looking to exercise.

Conveniently located 200m from MRT, classy and modern rooms with impressive bathroom window views, helpful receptionists and accommodating late check-out arrangements, quiet area with a variety of shops and food outlets nearby, and excellent freebies such as an upgraded room, executive lounge access.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the MRT station and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being close to Maxim Food Center, which provided 24/7 food options. The staff went above and beyond by kindly sending something I had left behind in our room after we checked out. We highly recommend trying Tuxedo, the hotel's pastry shop, for delicious desserts and great coffee. The amenities and facilities met all our needs. Our room on the 23rd floor was spacious, clean, and offered a quiet atmosphere with a decent view. The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the receptionist Mustaqim was incredibly helpful and even arranged a place for us to change and take a shower after check-out. The interior design throughout the hotel, including the rooms, lobby, and corridors, created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Felt privileged, as the staff were attentive and willing to assist us with anything we needed.

Classy place, high floor, window wall, nice room, comfortable bed.

For us it was ideal.
