This hotel is the perfect place for a luxurious business trip. the delightful view from the room adds to the calming ambiance and is perfect for relaxation. the exclusive amenities provided in the room are top, notch and the service is exceptional. the in, room breakfast is sumptuous and the restaurant offers mouth, watering cuisine.
The gym, albeit well, maintained, could use more equipment. Nevertheless, this minor issue doesn't diminish the overall excellence of the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was so clean, and the location was perfect. It was very close to the train station and Chinatown, easy to get around to all the touristy sites. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The rooftop bar was amazing with fine views of the city at night. Great location close to MRT station and Chinatown. The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge was helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station which makes it easy to explore the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a good quality mattress and pillows for a good night's rest. The bathroom is also spacious and comes with good quality toiletries as well as a tub and shower. The staff is friendly and attentive, with excellent service all around.
The gym can get crowded, which might be inconvenient for some guests looking to exercise.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the MRT station and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being close to Maxim Food Center, which provided 24/7 food options. The staff went above and beyond by kindly sending something I had left behind in our room after we checked out. We highly recommend trying Tuxedo, the hotel's pastry shop, for delicious desserts and great coffee. The amenities and facilities met all our needs. Our room on the 23rd floor was spacious, clean, and offered a quiet atmosphere with a decent view. The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the receptionist Mustaqim was incredibly helpful and even arranged a place for us to change and take a shower after check-out. The interior design throughout the hotel, including the rooms, lobby, and corridors, created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Felt privileged, as the staff were attentive and willing to assist us with anything we needed.
